Lites was invited by California Transportation Secretary Toks Omishakin to participate in a trade mission to Africa. The objective of the trade mission has been to develop climate initiative-related partnerships with Kenya and Nigeria as well as other companies and organizations in those nations pursuing climate resilience. Lites’ focus on the trade mission is to provide a high-level overview of the environmental stewardship activities of California airports.
