Lisa Gritzner will expand the Lobbying and Strategic Communications Practices in Los Angeles.

Former S.B. County Supervisor Janice Rutherford-Lim will grow the Land Use, Transportation and Infrastructure Practices in the Inland Empire

SACRAMENTO – California Strategies, the state’s preeminent government relations, public affairs and campaign consultancies, today announced that Lisa Gritzner and Janice Rutherford-Lim have joined the firm as partners.

Lisa Gritzner’s career has included diverse experience for the past 25 years in the Los Angeles area ranging from corporate clients to public agencies and community organizations.

Gritzner, based in Los Angeles, has been a skilled registered lobbyist in the City and County of Los Angeles for over twenty years. Gritzner will provide California Strategies clients with unique insights into the inner workings and processes of municipal, county and state government, making her an extremely effective operator in a multitude of areas. She is currently the founder and CEO of LG Strategies, a strategic consulting firm that specializes in public relations, government advocacy and crisis communications. Gritzner joins California Strategies’ partners Michael Bustamante, Steven Cahn, Victor Franco, Jr., Matthew Klink and Joanne Kozberg in the Los Angeles office.

Janice Rutherford-Lim’s  deep ties in the Inland Empire include three terms at the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors, having served as a Chair during one term. She also served on the governing board of the South Coast Air Quality Management District and Fontana City Council. This diverse experience at municipal, county and regional-levels of government provides Rutherford-Lim with a unique understanding of intra-governmental workings, as well as district-specific issues and projects throughout the region.
